I've been cleaning alot lately. A LOT. Not just one of those sweeping-the-dust-off kind of thing. Massively. Like as if I'm a pregnant woman nesting.
And that only means one thing. I've got this unsettling feeling squirming in my guts. I don't really want to go there though.
I found many pieces of paper, usually of quotes I scribble from books or shows I watched. When something strikes me, speaks to me, or simply amuses me I tend to want to write them down. I don't actually document them neatly though. It's all over the place really.
And then there's one. I missed noting down where from though, got to be some show la I reckon. I'm not even sure if I've blogged about it before and I'm too lazy to go through my history so whatev.

My favourite kinda weekend is one where I get to fulfil my aunty duty and just kickback with my nephew. We took him to a play gym this afternoon.
He was clearly loving it and I love it that he loved it.

So I buckled. I downloaded my way to the very famous zip code that made TV years ago and back on again today.
I got reeled it. They set the promo/teaser hooks up everywhere I go, honestly. It was all over goss sites, on the AOL radio channels I tune in at work, on print, seriously, there's no way around it. I had to see what's the hype about! What else am I supposed to do huh?
I'll tell you one thing though, I'm turning around as fast as I could in the direction I came in. No way I'm going down this path. It's frivolous with capital F, R, I, V, O, L, O, U, and S, exclamation marks and a flick-hair emoticon on the side. Ya, that bad.
Okay maybe not THAT bad. But wassup with the demographics? I'm no good with numbers but even I can tell number of cute girls exceeds number of cute guys, if they are even cute guys to begin with. This is so totally UNFAIR. Where are the eye candies for the girl audiences?!!! We demand some!
Then, there's the whole LA culture.. Are they just playing it up or being merely reflective of the reality that is, you either be a skinny bitch or you're out of the pitch! Cos seriously, even the supposedly unpopular girls are skinny and hot. Go figure.
Okay fine, I'm just jealous. But I think if they really want to solve America's increasing obesity rate, maybe this show should be included in the programme. It's more than enough to make a girl want to stick a finger down her throat and purge herself of her last meal. (And no, I did not do just that.)
I don't know. I'm just so over all this drama revolving high school kids. How over? Oprah Winfrey over. It's just getting abit much with Gossip Girl and all the other trashy reality TV I'm addicted to.
So that's it. I'm gonna pass on this one. Nexxxt!!!
